FAQ's
What is a VA?
A Virtual Assistant (VA) is an independent contractor who provides professional business support services via the internet and other means from an offsite location.
Is a VA more economical than an in-house employee?
Yes. The client only pays for the work that is performed. They do not pay for breaks, down-time, vacation pay, office equipment, and benefits.
How does it work?
After an initial consultation between the client and the VA, and a working contract has been signed, the working relationship begins. Contracted work is requested over the phone, email, fax, or in person. Upon completion it is usually sent back the same way depending on the project with an invoice attached.
